Web Survey Bibliography
In this chapter we describe what we believe to be the essential elements of a robust process for testing Web questionnaires. We begin by presenting a holistic view of Web questionnaires, a view that marries the traditional concept of the survey questionnaire to the technology with which it is bound in the online interview. We then discuss the major goals that a robust testing process must address. Finally, we describe specific approaches to testing and the key components of an effective testing process.
